The Project: OPEN Forum: Government Contracting
The Outcome: Led a cross-functional team of 10, responsible for marketing program and content strategy and management. Created and distributed over 30 pieces of proprietary content. Planned, managed and executed over 60 events since 2013, resulting in nearly 12,000 one-on-one matchmaking meetings, over $200 million in submitted RFPs, nearly $80 million in active contracts. Program generated millions in PR and earned media and drove 88% net promoter scores for the brand.
How We Did It: Led all content creation and event programming, marketing creation and outreach for audience acquisition, speaker and panelist acquisition and preparation and executed all event production logistics. Also led research and reporting process, infographics creation process, including social media plan.
